Refund policy

·      As a customer, you have the right to return/exchange your order within 14 working days of receiving it.

·      Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.

·      As a customer, you can exchange your orders only once.

·       It is not possible to open the package on delivery and return it on the spot with the courier.

·      We do not accept returned items that were sent back without submitting a return request via email or WhatsApp.

·        In case you choose to refund your order, there will be no charges other than shipping fees.

·       Products can be returned without any shipping fees in case you received a defective item or a wrong item other than the one you ordered

·       In case you choose to refund your order, we will check that our items are in their original condition, and then you’ll get your amount back through Bank Account Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
